Terms of Use

Last updated July 31, 2026

By using VizyFit you're agreeing to these terms.

Health & safety — please read this one. VizyFit is not medical advice. It records workouts and runs friendly competitions; it doesn't diagnose, treat or prescribe.

Talk to your doctor before starting or changing a program, especially with a health condition, an injury, pregnancy, or after time off. Exercise carries real risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own decisions, including how hard you push and when to stop. If something hurts, stop. Calorie, BMI and pace figures are rough estimates.

Your account

You must be 13 or older. Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if someone else gets access. One account per person.

Family members you manage

You can add a family member — typically a child under 13 — who has no account of their own. Use a first name or nickname rather than a full name, add only someone you're responsible for, and log only activity they actually did. You're responsible for what appears under that member. Remove them at any time and their activity goes with them.

Fair play

Log workouts you actually did. Be kind in feeds, comments and messages — no harassment, hate, or anything inappropriate for a family setting. Don't post what you don't have the right to post, don't scrape or attack the service, and don't use it for anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that harm other people.

Your content

What you log is yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you've chosen to share it with — that's the whole extent of it. Export or delete it anytime.

Competitions

Points, streaks and standings are game features. We may fix errors, adjust scoring, or reverse points obtained by breaking these terms. Nothing in the app is a prize, a wager, or a thing of monetary value.

Programs & access codes

Some programs require an access code. Codes are personal to you — please don't share them. We may deactivate a code or withdraw a program at any time.

Independence. VizyFit is an independent product. Unless we say otherwise in writing, it isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any third-party fitness program, coach, brand or device maker referenced in the app. Exercise and workout names describe the activity being recorded; all trademarks belong to their owners.

What VizyFit costs

VizyFit is free while we're in early access. We intend to introduce a paid subscription — we currently expect it to be around $30 a year — to pay for servers, security and continued development. That figure is our present expectation, not a commitment, and plans may change before launch.

If and when we do start charging: we'll tell you in advance, the price and terms will be clear before you're asked for anything, and we will never charge a card without your explicit consent. Nothing you've already logged is held hostage — you can export your data at any time, whether or not you subscribe.

Connected services

Third-party services such as Strava run under their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for them or for outages on their side.

Availability

VizyFit is provided as is. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. Keep your own backups with the export tool in Settings.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, VizyFit and Witt Consulting, Inc. are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or injuries arising from exercise you chose to perform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Oregon law. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
